SVENSSON started with basement clubs in the late 90’s in the old parts of Malmö, Sweden.
The small collective
turned focus through small assignments in the cultural fields such as photo, journalism and graphic design.
Developing a new paradigm in Swedish journalism, the cutting edge SVENSSON MAGAZINE was founded 2002.
During these years SVENSSON formed in the breech between underground media, fashion, art and music.
SVENSSON had assignments for Swedish Television, Swedish Radio, School of arts and gallery’s.
The SVENSSON SHOP opened in 2005, becoming a combination of creative studio, boutique and gallery.
2006 SVENSSON developed the first pair of SVENSSON JEANS. Knitwear inspired by Scandinavian work wear, knitted in Merino wool for soft finish. Made in Florence, Italy.

Wondering about Wanda? Wanda Barcelona is a design studio specialized in the creation of evanescent worlds since 2007. Borrowing both
from 3D design and the ancient tradition of Origami, their work –pragmatic as well as timeless– takes us on a
journey through magical athmospheres, where perspective is invariably subverted.
The use and transformation of paper and cardboard is their personal seal; however, new materials and other
technological developments have allowed them to explore a variety of other directions, according to the market’s
demands and expectations. They have recently expanded, and are succesfuly endeavoring as Art Directors for
events and producing creative spaces.
Wanda made their first 100% cardboard stand for Schmoove the Summer 2008 at Bread & Butter. The cardboard
furniture design is related to the different collections that were being launched at that time of year, and it was the
birth of the Caro’s and the Roccoco tables, amongst other objects that are now part of our personal catalog.
This event also further strengthened trends for the conception, design, execution and production of our furniture.

Kilian KernerKilian Kerner used Schmoove shoes for his catalog and for the Vogue magazine photocampaign.
He also used Schmoove shoes during the last winter Mercedes Benz Berlin Fasion Week and will
use them again next month for the summer Mercedes Benz Berlin Fasion Week.

SCHMOOVE is cool and this for some good reason. Designer & SCHMOOVE-Boss Maxime is
an great-great-grandson of company founder Jean Baptiste Rautureau. The familiy Rautureau has an
tradition for more than 130 years of shoe making. The french company is owner of the shoebrands
Jean-Babtiste Rautureau, Pom D’Api, No Name, Feelance und Spring Court and SCHMOOVE.
We met Maxime for the first time at his booth in the URBAN SUPERIOR hall. He´s a cool guy,
around 30 years old, sympatic and very enthusiastic about SCHMOOVE. We spoke about his collection,
new ideas and the influence of electronic music and art. Maxime is deeply rooted with the electronic
music- and art scene, which gives him an inspiration and new ideas. One of the next things he wana do
next is a SCHMOOVE Compilation with friendly musicans. What we like about SCHMOOVE is the
manifold collection with its rebellious expression in every piece but see it yourself at the pics below.
